I chose Just-In Time over one of their competitors just because of the customer service, even though they had a higher quote. The movers did not disappoint and proved I made the right choice. Response to Yelp inquiry was very good. Communication by text also good. Would like to have had an in person estimate, i.e., person comes to our home to give us an estimate. Otherwise, the experience using Yelp was all good! We never got beyond the text; therefore only 4 stars.

We do provide free in-home estimates for all interstate and international moves, all larger local moves over 1500 sq ft, and are even happy to provide on request for smaller local moves. First, they are prompt and responsive - a family owned business that cares. Amanda was fantastic in setting up the appointment, we had some back-and-forth and she was on top of things. I was looking for rough estimate on costs. I was debating between moving myself or hiring movers. JiT provided a "detailed" rough estimate. Just what I was looking for. They could have said we need to come out first and do a survey, or any other excuse to get their foot in the door. Instead they asked a few questions and got me what I needed. Very customer oriented.
Wow! I am extremely impressed with the services provided by JIT! Gina in scheduling was fantastic and I can't say enough good things about our movers - Ricky, Vicente and Julian. They are masters at what they do! I was really worried my items wouldn't fit in my storage unit, but they got EVERYTHING to fit, with room to spare. Great job!
This company is a well organized company. Promptly status us. Moved my father in law belongings . Very careful with his fragile belongings. I would recommend this company to everyone that is looking for a good moving company. Very reasonable prices as well.
