I’m from Texas… and I’m about as big of a BBQ snob as you’ll find… and I’m almost positive I’ve found the best BBQ in Ohio: Just Q'in BBQ in Cincinnati. For whatever reason, in Ohio, most BBQ places I’ve tried are super dependent on having good bbq SAUCE more than they focus on the meats… and frankly imo… if your meat NEEDS sauce to be good, it isn’t good.
