Justin was very patient, understanding, and quick to explain, often several times, when I didnâ??t understand something. Every time I looked at a home I would literally call Justin from the driveway, and always got a very quick response, even evenings, and weekends. Every time Justin sent me a form to sign he called and explained what it was, where to sign, where to initial, etc. Buying my first house at 60 years old is quite the daunting, actually terrifying, experience. ð?? Justin.

Justin was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He was proactive in his communication and kept us well-informed of the progress of our refinance. He even went to bat for us with one of the credit agencies and helped us work through a bogus alert that had been placed on our account. He is knowledgeable, patient, and hardworking, and we would definitely work with him again in the future!

Justin is an incredibly easy person to work with. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, and goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Justin was straightforward with us during our loan process which is something my husband and I appreciated. If we didn't understand something, he made sure to take the time to explain it to us.
