Justin was great to work with and reached out and explained everything very clearly. Our only complaint was that the process took so long and we missed out on our intended rate. We began the process on 2/2/21. Decided to press forward and send in our documents on 2/10/21 and we didn't get to close until 4/7/21. Almost two months and then missed our rate (though with Justin's help, we still were able to accomplish some of our goals). By comparison, we closed our first mortgage in under two weeks.
