I am not sure how technical and legal constraints could be simplified. Your people were friendly and they worked hard but the process was not easy. We have dealt with lenders from NC, TX and now CA. This loan was more work than any we have ever done. Long distance and no face to face with a loan officer was partly at fault. The deal is done and we are happy.
