Only one complaint...the underwriters delayed our closing past the due date of the 16th, causing us to receive phone calls demanding payment, and a late fee. If this impacts our credit score, i will be highly upset. We were supposed to close on the 13th, but it was pushed to the 16th, so CMG Financial did not receive the payoff until the 20th.
