I have used Loan Pal before and it was a great experience, so I had high expectations. It started out fine. When we got to the point where we needed to provide documents, we were asked for things that we had never been asked for and that didn’t make sense. It seemed a little disorganized. Also, the communication with Monique started out fine, but got to where I had to initiate it. I was never even told it funded. We should have funded by August 1, but it didn’t, so my mortgage payment was late.
