I felt the process was overall really good . but in the end I had some ? 's which were important to me ! but I felt the follow up /follow through could of been better. I am a repeat customer so I am happy . the ?'s could of been answered even is they are probably repeat ?s.

We were able to conduct the whole process in just a couple of calls and emails. The site for reviewing and signing documents worked flawlessly. This is our 2nd time using Loanpal and we will use them again without hesitation. Justin and the Loanpal team did a great job!!!!!!!!

Justin Caruso was amazing right from the start. Excellent communication every step of the way and explained everything in terms that were very easy to understand. It was a super easy process...LoanPal clearly has it together and knows how to hire qualified people. Justin and Rachael Gorecki (his Loan Processor) were awesome and it was a pleasure working with them. All emails and phone calls I had to make were answered within minutes. I definitely would use them in the future. Very impressed.
