Justin Caruso was amazing right from the start. Excellent communication every step of the way and explained everything in terms that were very easy to understand. It was a super easy process...LoanPal clearly has it together and knows how to hire qualified people. Justin and Rachael Gorecki (his Loan Processor) were awesome and it was a pleasure working with them. All emails and phone calls I had to make were answered within minutes.
