Great communication, answered questions I had to begin selection of using goodleap services. Always made sure items were being done in a timely manner and follow up when needed. Justin and his team including Erich Ellis were excellent and made the experience not so stressful. Only complaint I had was receiving phone calls at 7:30 pm at night but this was an important service being provided so I had to overlook that fact. Overall great experience would use goodleap again.

This is not the first time I've worked with Goodleap on a refinance but it seems easier overall than before! Only problem was that the title company didn't send my checks for CC payoffs. Luckily Rachael did a quick follow-up, but it seems an audit control needs to be added so that customers aren't disappointed.
