Justin kept us informed of the process and progress of the loan application. He communicated with us in a positive, pleasant, and professional manner at all times. When we had questions, he answered them in an understandable and swift manner. Although he had to move his office to his home because of the pandemic there was never any lag in the progress of the loan or in communication. Although we never met face to face we felt that we knew him personally. We would certainly use him again.
