He failed my mom. He didn't refer specialists when he should have. He didn't properly treat my mom with her illnesses. His staff are rude and they have no empathy towards patients. He makes no connection with patients he just goes thru the motions. There's no effort of anything except going on vacation or leaving for the weekend. Deserves zero stars. Just wondering if he feels anything after failing a patient. Probably not.
He is an excellent Doctor. However don't ever expect him to talk to you on the phone and he has the worst staff . I was lied to 4 times this week when I was told a medication was called in but according to the pharmacy it never was. This is a staff where the right foot doesn't know what the left foot is doing. However Dr. Maxwell is one of the smartest Doctors I have ever known
