This is the 5th home I have purchased in the last 14 years, and this unfortunately was my worst experience with a lender. There was one situation in particular where I realized that Justin with Velocio mortgage was a strong partner for Starlight homes, and I as the customer was not the priority. It was in regards to the appraisal of the home.
