My experience with Justin Tye as broker and Lisa Rice as agent is still ongoing as we are in escrow. We sold our house and Lisa found us another property so that we can buy it with the proceeds when the escrows close only 3 days apart. Lisa was always willing and able to answer any questions I might have. I would recommend Active Realty and Lisa Rice to anyone who needs to sell their house or buy a new one. So far my experience has been excellent with this realtor, Active Realty.

Justin's work ethic is superior. Now I realize why so many buyers and sellers come to him. He has such an outstanding reputation in his industry. A lot of individuals think they could just get there real estate license and start making money but this is more than that. I have been searching and searching for the right broker/realtor to help me out with the search of my new home that I want. It’s really hard doing your research on an outstanding agency because you just don’t find the right ones now a days. I believe that there is two type of services, the excellent and the disappointing. Working with Rosa was such an honor. Rosa helped us in the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second home. She was always there for us answering any questions we had, guiding us every step of the way! Always on the lookout for the next house that hit the market to take me to see it. I’ve never met an individual so passionate about what they do. Talking to Justin through the phone was a little insane I have to say. Reason for that because he would just speak to quick but you could actually understand what he would say. I’m not saying that is a bad thing as a broker it was good because than he let me talk. I would reccomend Justin and his wonderful team to anyone who wants honesty, integrity, knowledge and understands and meets the needs for the seller and buyer.
