He was very helpful. Showed several different options and price range. When were interested in a particular property he was interested in negotiating for getting us a great deal. Love our new home and neighborhood was very kind to follow up and see how we were.

That's a broker'agents duty to always make the customer feel helped and hopefully that was given. There's broken promises and not much assistance. But that's my job and The Active team so I hope we delivered that.
When first contacting Justin to show us a home he was kind, enthusiastic and prompt. After seeing how professional and on top of his job he was we asked Justin to help us find a home. He continued to look for listings and was very patient with all of wants and needs in the perfect home for our family. He made us feel comfortable and excited in what can be a very stressful situation.

Justin was very friendly and helpful from the minute we first met. He answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. He was always on top of it when it came to to responding to our emails or text messages. Even when he wasn't available to show us a property he made sure someone (Richard) was able to which was extremely helpful for us. A very helpful and over all great guy. He helped us through the long process that had all kinds of up and downs. Great knowledge of the area too. We had to switch some of our other services and our inspections got rough at times. Justin was there the whole time to help smooth the process out. He was quick with responses.
