Meagan was amazing for so many reasons. As first time home buyers we were overwhelmed by the amount of issues that came up with our now home. However the silver lining is that Meagan negotiated a substantial price decrease, worked out an amazing deal and helped organize my brain around fixing the necessary issues. Me and my wife had an outstanding experience with Meagan throughout our homebuying process. We really wanted a specific house, but there was a lot more to this deal than met the eye. Just put it this way, Meagan was not dealt the best cards with this one.
