Jack assisted me in selling my property while I was on an entirely different coast. He made the process easy and was incredibly thorough. Jack was attentive throughout the entire process of listing, open housings, and escrow. Jack even power washed the driveway in preparation for listing pictures! Never heard of that one before!

Genung team made our buying experience fantastic. They communicated well and often, displayed their knowledge of the area at every turn, and obviously cared enough to go the extra mile on everything. What more could you ask for? The only reason I didn't rate them 5 on negotiating skills is because it really wasn't tested in our purchase.
Amazing! Jessica, Chris and the Genung Team were outstanding! We relocated from Seattle/Bellevue to Temecula and found Jessica/Chris, we kept an eye on Temecula for over 3 years passively and from afar. William did an outstanding job. He helped me sell my house and also help me buy a house. He was very understanding everything that I asked him for in a house. He made sure he did that. Bijan took the time to listen well to our needs and had great knowledge of the intricacies of the OC market we were looking in.
