Shower panels were wrong, concrete dust all over my house, communication *****, didn't have flooring that was ordered, Main manger was rude wanted me to pay more money out of pocket to order the correct panels for the shower, everything from start to finish took 4 months the shower was only supposed to take 3-4 days max it took 5 days and the last day the contractor did not leave my house till almost 10pm. We apologize that the installer did not have the flooring with him when he went to install the bathroom; however, he was able to purchase the flooring in town, and the photos of the finished flooring look beautiful. We also apologize for the delays in starting the project. Bathroom projects usually take longer to get started, and then additionally there were some unforeseen delays with the financing, which pushed the start date out further. I had K-Designers do the siding work on my house. Love that they had warranty and the price was right. When it was time for them to come and do the work... they did not show up for a couple week. I contact my saleman..he said oh I thought it was completed...(first flag).. then we had this storm come through in the late spring in *********,.. It put one hole on the North side of my house. K-Designers has spoken to the Installer who advised that he used the ladder for the repairs, and he did have to briefly step on the *** but did not cause any damage. The photo you sent us, shows your boyfriend standing on top of the ** and what appears to be some dirt on the ** roof, but shows no damage. We also have before and after photos of the hole made by the storm, and the repairs to the siding. Terrible management. They don't pay their staff they withhold commissions they cherry pick the lead for the sales phones. *****.
I would not recommend using k designer for house siding they give a good sales pitch but deliver way less than professional work. I hired k designer to reside my house in 2020 and they have still not returned to do the job as promised by their salesman. After several attempts writing the BBB and contacting k designer's omaha office the problem has yet to be resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - READ THIS. We purchased six (6) large, custom-built windows from K-Designers in 2017 for roughly $14K. The windows were installed incorrectly, and we were not aware of the problem until six months after installation, immediately calling K-Designers informing them water has been penetrating our walls ever since. K-designers will never honor their price match guarantee program and they will never provide technical bulletins on the products they provide. They fully expect someone to understand their better than they do in order to be held accountable. The company K Designers came off strong with their sales pitch. The quality of work and the amount we paid to have siding put on our house is not worth it. We have had it on for 2 years now and the trim is bubbling pulling away from the house. It is a disgrace and poor quality and I would never recommend them. Do not get the fake looking brick because it buckles, bulges and it looks cheap.********** ************

Over the last two weeks I have been on the phone with an employee at the *********, location. I was scheduled to have repair work on vinyl trim and siding that was damaged by last ******* hail storm, The employee and I set up the appointment for today 7/3/24 and unfortunately, nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment, no phone calls or estimated time of arrival. Windows are not of Quality that was represented. We were not completely demonstrated the look and the material used. Windows have to be locked in order for any moisture or air to leak into your room. After a rain, and windows locked, we opened the window and water dripped. The window swelled and made it very difficult to open this window. When installed, the installer asked us to initial his paperwork. He told us this was just to verify that the windows were installed.
