I never could get someone to return my calls. When I finally got a response, they hadn't even ordered the damage panel.Yet when they want something from me I get at least one email a day.

Sales men were describing what I have to do for the remodel. One would ask me a question about my preference and the other would tell me how to answer. Then when the installer came out, he didn’t know what to do. He was asking my wife questions that he should’ve known. The whole point of this project was to custom cut the slabs to fit our bathroom but there is an inch of space where the installer used some sort of goopy filler instead of cutting the slabs correctly. This job was the most stressful thing I’ve done.
Your pressure sales approach is totally out of controll. I used you once and my phone has not stop ringing. 40 calls this month alone.

The shower doors were taken away. We had to buy new doors. They cost over $600. Safety strips at the bottom of the tub. I have to call and make arrangements for that.
