Excellent professional service I always have a good experience at Kahala Smile Professionals. Dr. Wada & her staff are friendly, professional, & efficient. I especially appreciate the fact that Dr. Wada always takes the time to explain each procedure and is very thorough in caring for my teeth.
Very knowledgeable and caring staff
A Caring Attitude I needed a replacement crown after the original one (from a previous dentist) fell out after flossing. I was hoping that Dr. Wada could fit me into a busy schedule and, fortunately, I was accommodated in the afternoon. By the time I left the office, a new crown was in place. The care and attention I received could only be described as amazing since I am a relatively new patient (about 2 years), who is old, nervous and anxious. Great experience Went there as a new patient and was kindly greeted by Dr Wada and her staff. Dr. Wada professional and sense of caring make her an ideal dentist. She took the time to explain what was going on and to point out areas to watch out for. When it came time to discuss the billing her staff was helpful in explaining what was covered by insurance and what was not.
Wonderful Experience! Friendly, thorough and professional experience from the moment I walked into the reception room. I was very impressed with the attention to personal detail and with the technology used to address my dental needs/concerns. Dr. Robert Wada took the time to answer all my questions and I left feeling assured my teeth were in good hands. :) I will recommend this beautiful facility, great medicine and wonderful staff to everyone. Super Service! To me you are the super heroes of dentistry. Why? A lot of people do not look forward going to the dentist and I happen to be one of them. The office is comfortable, relaxing and the dentist and assistants will put you at ease.
