Warm aloha, yet state of the art Kahala Smile begins with a warm, concerned smile! Even with my three, loud and active kids, the staff were always patient, motivating, and caring. My kids loved it! As a parent, I was impressed with their staff staying on the cutting edge of dentistry, and how the facilities are state of the art, efficient, and spotlessly clean. I heard that this dental office one of the top 50 in the state of Hawaii, and after my first visit, I can now understand why.
Efficient, thorough I arrived early, Jan was ready early. She did her usual thorough job (I've been her patient for about 25 years, I think). Good coordination and communication among team members in the office.

Pleasant and professional Always greeted with a pleasant word and smile. Staff is willing to explain all procedures and answer all questions. Dr. Candace and Dr. Robert Wada are warm, supportive and knowledgeable. My oral care has never been better. I always speak highly of both doctors and recommend them especially to those who are fearful of any pain. They use techniques and technology to avoid an unpleasant experience.
