Their representative came out in the rain, on time as promised, to clear a problem with my kitchen sink drain. Oscar was very courteous, quickly assessed the problem and successfully cleared the backed up drain. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them based on my experience.

About 50% higher cost than expected for a 2.5 hour job. Did not itemize to justify the cost. Tried to cover up a new leak with caulking, resulting in massive new leak (o-ring cut or not installed). They did return next day to fix with replacement downspout and test for leaks. Customer service was pleasant and attentive.
Kept me informed of when plumber would arrive. Sent photo ahead of time. Delivered as promised.
