So far so good! Great move in experience! Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, friendly residents and dog friendly. I had a leak under my bathroom sink and they took care of it within 24 hours!

Great place to call home! I moved to The Boulevard at Sonterra in September 2023. Apologies to them for not writing this review until now. The Office Staff here are amazing and ready to help you as soon as you walk in. The response time for a Maintenance Request is very good and the guys do a great job. I feel very safe, comfortable and am enjoying my apartment! If you're looking for an apartment, please stop by the office here and see what's available.

Above and Beyond I just moved in 04/12/24. Noah and Courtney have been very accommodating and patient with me. I took more tours than expected and they were more than happy to help me with that. Noah went above and beyond by helping me get a furniture delivery completed. One thing I don't like is that I have to pay for a second car. I would understand if I had a one-bedroom, but I have a 2-bedroom. I will be giving an update in 6 months.

Love it! Moved in a couple weeks ago and have loved it! We have a gorgeous view of the lake. Wasn’t expecting the construction in the area but already used to it. The building is beautiful and people all have been friendly.

Thrilled! Tommy in the front office made our move in and first few days fantastic! He rocks! So far so good at Aspire, we love this building and are so glad we came.

Great, but recent amenity concerns I've lived here for three years and have loved it... until they started allowing the amenities to be reserved. Now, the grill and community space are frequently unavailable on the weekends... with no communication to residents beside a paper on the door!! I hope this gets solved, especially as we go toward summer. Right now it feels like paying extra for things we don't get to use.
