Dr. Higgins is one of the rare doctors who listens well and is very responsive, both in his clinic and when using the patient portal. I feel very grateful to be his patient and to have him in our community.
I had cataract surgery at Dr. Bibart's office. The first few following days I thought I was going blind I y left eye. His staff reassured me it would clear up. I did; I am so happy to be able to see at night and drive again! Thank you, Dr. Bibart for a job well done.

I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Higgins. I did not have a single problem. Dr. Higgins was reassuring during the pre-op visit and encouraging when the laser was used. The next day he was delighted that the surgery went well. A very good experience for me.
