Kamran was very good at answering our questions & keeping us informed at the beginning & end of the process. A LARGE improvement would be to more accurately estimate the closing costs. At the end, they ended up increasing by almost $3,000 compared to initial estimates. Luckily we were able to accommodate the large swing (from ~$4,000 up to $7,000), but had we been buying our first house with a super tight budget, we would have been panicked & crushed. Kamran was exceptionally responsive & very clear on the loan process. He was willing to meet us to exchange paperwork. In the middle to the end of the process, we didn’t hear from him much, but learned no news was good news.
