MY WIFE AND I WERE BLOWN AWAY WITH HOW LITTLE TIME IT TOOK FOR USE TO CLOSE I THINK IT WAS TWO WEEKS AFTER WE FOUND THE HOUSE WE DID NOT RUN INTO ANY PROBLEMS IF THERE WERE WE NEVER KNEW ABOUT THEM ,IT WAS SMOOTH SAILING HIS PROFESSNALISM AND HIS NEVER GIVE UP ADDITUDE WERE SO POSITIVE NOT JUST A CUSTOMER BUT AFRIEND FOR LIFE
It started out good with alot of attention to detail. There was some confusion on how some items needed to be signed (on line or in person). Half way through the process we were told we were "approved " only to find out later we still needed "final approval." That was the biggest load of B/S I have ever heard. And when I confronted them, they argued with me like that was normal.
