Karen is top notch and a tenure contact for real estate! During our search to buy a new home, Karen was flexible to see different areas in Upstate NY and very knowledgable of the market. She went above and beyond to negotiate and secure the house we needed for our special situation. Karen worked so hard for us to get our dream townhouse. We love it! It wouldn't have happened if it weren't for her dedication. Karen picked up the pieces and stepped in to do the job others should be doing when the closing process got complicated. No other professional would have gone that far, she's next level!

Karen went above and beyond during my search for a home. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. Any questions that I had for her were answered which made the purchasing of my first home much easier and less intimidating. I always felt that she had my best interest in mind and was aggressive throughout my search. I highly recommend Karen as your real estate agent. Karen was wonderful. I lost track of the number of home that she showed me but she was always on time and ready to answer my questions. I feel badly because I ended up purchasing a home much farther to the north out of her area and signing with a different agency. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy a home in the Poughkeepsie area.

Karen was super helpful in my search to buy a multi-family property. It was night and day working with her over other realtors I had talked to in the area. Having owned a handful of properties herself, she knew the ins and outs of the process and the area I was looking in. She took the time out of her day to show me around and even offered a ride when I commuted by train. She is still helping me after closing by extending her network of contractors and handymen to help run my new property. I intend to buy more in the future ... read more
