Karen was AMAZING! I can't think of a better word to describe working with her! We had ups and downs in our home buying process, but Karen did everything she could to do be able to help us get the best loan situation possible. Karen was available whenever we needed to talk and she was able to help us through the whole loan process. This was definitely one of the smoothest closings I have ever had. Karen not only helped from start to finish in accomplishing to get the deal done, but she made it expedient and was very knowledgeable in ways to allow us to benefit from the outcome to enjoy our future more. I had tried working with other companies and representatives but none had the "can do" attitude that Karen has. Loan Depot is blessed to have her.

Karen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She is super patient and is available day or night, weekdays and weekends. I was so appreciative that she was able to turn around estimates and approvals at a lightening pace as the market in my city moves so quickly. I would highly recommend Karen to another first-time (or second- or third-time...) home-buyer!
