The Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group were an incredible team to work with. Professional, Courteous and informative every step of the finance process. I would highly recommend Mrs. Maxwell and her team and already have to my friends and relative. Made a usually stressful process a pleasure!
Atlantic Bay team did a great job overall. My one point of frustration involves the coordination & scheduling the closing date, which caused two of the four buyers to take time-off from work on two separate occasions. Also, all four buyers had to make two (2) road trips to the Lake Lure area in order to close the deal. Jessica Porter's email (below) points to closing on 9/18/2020.
