Karen Maxwell was very informative and walked me through every step of the process. She was very responsive to questions whether they were email, phone calls or text messages. She was a pleasure to work with. The only area of the process that caused me a bit of concern was the final step before closing - transferring of funds from my bank to the law firm's bank. A heads up prior to 4:55 pm the day before closing was stressful but we managed to pull it off.
