Overall it was ok. I think the little details get overlooked and some details they assume the home owners all ready know. There is a lot of information being shared and needed at once. It can be overwhelming. So for me personally, when we were told what our new pymts would look like, they forgot to mention that the escrow, which is the monthly home insurance and taxes, need to be added to that new projected pymt. That to me is a little detail that always needs to be mentioned.

Karim is good at what he does. Very knowledgeable. There needs to be more time spent one on one with this process and good faith estimates. To many tabs and windows. We are not all excel experts or loan doc. experts. The team and amount of people you have to speak with is just to many. Once documents are shared then it should be up to Church Hill to distribute and communicate amongst yourselves if docs. missing don't add another department fewer points of contact. We are all scared of fraud.....
