Wonderful team! I was able to easily schedule and reschedule my appointment by phone. Brittany (apologies if I spelled your name wrong) the tech let me know what to expect every step of the way, which helped my anxiety. Dr. Smith was gentle and informative and let me know what to keep an eye on and what next steps would be if things progressed in different ways. I have been going to Dr. Smith for the last 14 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I have had a great experience with Dr. Smith over the past 1+ years having dental implant procedures. They do their best to accommodate patients when emergencies pop up! They are also very caring when it comes to anxiety surrounding dental work - Kyler has been so kind and great to work with at every appointment and procedure.
Dr. Smith has the best team, everyone is super nice and friendly. Tyler always greet me with a smile. Brettany I met once but we had the best side chatter. Lexi and Courtney are polite and sweet, they did what they said they would do even when I was not the nicest patient. Thank you all for taking care of me. I appreciate the humanity within you all.
I was referred to Dr. Smith by my dentist for crown lengthening and it was such a seamless process. I was even able to get an appointment the same week.Dr. Smith is great! He has a good bedside manner and knows what he's doing. Klyer and Kylie were great and I would definitely return and recommend them.
