The staff was very friendly. I had to wait a little longer than I wanted. Before buying any products from this clinic do some research. I was told that the flea collar couldn't be bought anywhere else and found the same product for a lot cheaper. It cost more than I expected but my dog should be good for a while. I did call and let the staff know about the pricing on the collar and I was told...

I love the whole Katella Animal Clinic Family! They are always good to our Nina! This time around there was a serious problem with her. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and got the best care she possibly could have. They always send emails about your specific animal and give you updates on appointments. Best place to go by far! Wouldn't take our pup anywhere else!...
It would have been 10 but you didn't have The flea pills in stock and I will have to make a trip back. Every time we go to get a 6 month supply you never have enough for both dogs. Other than that you are perfect in every way.

Awesome! I am so happy with the groomer, everytime he cuts my dogs he does such a beautiful job. I called at the last minute and got my dogs in at noon on the same day and they were ready for pick up within a couple hours. Your pricing is reasonalble and very happy with the office staff and service. I couldn't be happier.
I'm always happy to take my dogs to Dr. Saleeb.The staff are fantastic.
