I LOVE Dr. Westra she listens and takes her time with me every time I see her. I feel comfortable knowing that she will take great care of me. She has a very warm and compassionate demeanor. I highly recommend as a Physician

I had went to see a couple of specialist, with different tests results, that I had been referred by Dr. Westra. I had went to discussed those tests results, as well as prescription renewals. I’ve been fighting a sinus infection which I let go too long and got a double ear infection and a swollen lymph node under my jaw. Dr. Westra, came into the room and introduced herself and her apprentice, which I was asked if it was okay for an apprentice to be in the room as well. We had a short conversation while she was diagnosing the problems and then I was on my way. Within two days my symptoms were noticeably getting better. During my annual Wellness Visit, Dr. Westra asked many questions, took notes, referred to previous notes, gave me a thorough examination, and, as always, is very caring and kind. This means a lot to an 84-year old.
Every time I see Dr. Westra, she is extremely attentive to what’s going on, my concerns, etc. she is very knowledgeable, has great response time (thru MyChart),and at the end of the day/each visit, I know that I’m being taken care of. I wish every Dr I’ve ever had had the same professional courtesy and overall caring nature of Dr. Westra. Absolutely recommend.
Unfortunately Dr. Westra, who sounds perfect for me, is not accepting new patients. I find it disturbing, though, that this website says "MD" in her title, yet states "She graduated from OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY / COLLEGE OF VETERINARY MEDICINE in 2010. " You might want to correct that!
