Everything was great with the exception of my my experience with the front desk attendant. I’ve been a patient for many years and the day prior to my appointment she seem to have problems locating my file and asked if I was a new patient. When she finally located me, I wanted to confirm she had my updated insurance information. It took her a minute but she confirmed.
