From the beginning, Kathleen took time to sit down with us on a Saturday for probably two hours just to explain different loans because we were clueless. She went over each type, what different words meant like PMI, and by hand gave us examples so we could see exactly what went into a mortgage payment. She was always available when we had questions and explained everything so well that we were always relieved from whatever issue we had after talking with her. We are so happy with our experience!
