i had a few contracts in on homes that kept falling through. at the same time, mortgage rates where climbing. my debt to income ratio was right on the line for loan approval, so kathleen really had to stay abreast of rates and other financing factors to makr sure i was approved when i finally wanted to move forward to purchase. partly because of her assistance, i am now in a home that i am very happy with with a payment i can afford.
