Buying a house is very expensive and overwhelming. Things have changed over the years. My frustration with all the electronic communication is overwhelming to me as well. There are so many players in the ring that it's really hard to know who is who. I felt I was duplicating my information with different people. I regretfully had a disappointing experience with Kathleen Hays and Town Square Mortgage. The beginning of the process was OK. Once we got near the finish line, things went from good to bad. Firstly, there were multiple delays that set the timeline back, far beyond what was initially promised. Better and honest Communication would have been appreciated. Katheleen didn't answer texts or phone calls, she came to answer the next day. Also, when asked several times if docs where delivered to title she would evade the questions giving unclear answers, or saying that everything was ready. When I called/emailed the Title company, documents nor instrucciones were received. I don't like to be ghosted or given unclear answers, when asking a yes/no question.
