Kathryn is the best! She made our process so easy. Kathryn is so great at her job. She tells you exactly what to do. We liked that and needed that. We loved working with her because she stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process, she assured us if we did all the tedious things we needed to do we would be on target, and she never bluffed or gave up on us. I've know Kathryn for 6 years, she is much more than just your average banker. She is a compassionate person who is "real" and will help anyone regardless of their situation. She has been there for us from day one, helping us find a place to rent, buying a home, and now refinancing at a lower interest rate.
