I have worked with Kathryn though many transactions and she is always ready to help her clients get their perfect house. She is trustworthy and hardworking, responding to calls whenever an emergency situation arises. Very few originators will spend the time and care to coach and counsel clients through bad or messy credit situations but Kathryn not only works with them through these situations but stays with them until they can get what they want, even if it takes years.

Kathryn was everything i needed in a loan consultant. My new home purchase was a couple years in the making for me and she seriously was there anytime i needed to ask questions or just talk.. she was so easy to talk to and i always felt she had my back and that in my book is priceless. Kathryn went above and beyond and then some to help us get into our new home.. we ran into a bump during the process and she did everything in her power to make it happen... She had a family emergency and still made our closing date.. She had extra work due to a mistake on our Part and still reassured us it was going to happen and it did.. She was always available to take any question at any time and walk us through process and the documents involved step-by-step. She is personable and very willing to offer insight and her expertise as desired from her years of experience working in the home-buying industry. She is a fantastic loan consultant, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a home purchase.
