Did not receivce "weekly" updates as promised Conflicting information from different individuals. Was told mortgage was all set, but never had survey, so had problems on day of closing.

Your company is TOO BIG. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. We received multiple communications from one person that another didn't even know about. What should have taken less then 30 days was too long and left us NOT KNOWING IF WE WERE EVEN GOING TO CLOSE. COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE!!!
