Kathy did a fabulous job. There were a few bumps in the road that I questioned. Kathy did her best to keep the balance much appreciated. I did not feel like there was a great flow with the underwritten felt Julanna Brown was very disorganized. Bottom line numbers kept changing lots of frustration however I understand some is to be expected. I feel like more money was rolled into my refinance than expected.
