I was the Realtor for the list side. He was the loan officer for the buyers. Even though I did not represent the buyers, I was kept in the loop at every turn. This was a big deal to me, because my sellers would have questions regarding the status of their buyers financing and I would have the answer on the spot. Communication is key for me and Shawn and his team were great in this department. We closed ahead of schedule too; that's always a plus.

Dealing with Shawn at LeaderOne was a very stress free experience.I really felt like I was treated like someone he has known for years rather than just a customer.Communication was great throughout, what was needed from us was always clearly explained.If we choose to refinance or purchase a different home in the future there is nobody I would rather deal with.
