We thought Katie was very good, but found the overall process unnessarily complex and we had to go back mulitple times to clarify things. Katie had her facts right and was a good communicator. We understand that rates in the current market were very fluid, but still found it difficult to keep up with what rate we were finally going to lock and end up with.
