Katrina did a great job at helping me refinance my home loan during the very volatile COVID-19 market. She kept me in the loop as rates changed and was able to get me a great rate that beat all the other options I had looked at. Based on my situation, she was able to get the appraisal waived to save time and money, and avoid additional contact. We were able to handle everything remotely up until the final signing with the notary, and nothing needed to be physically mailed.
