As I was sitting in my car, completely dejected that I was AGAIN unable to buy the "perfect" home, my phone rang. Katrina was on the other line and said "I heard you said you couldnt buy a home?" We were turned down by another lender and Katrina was able to help us to get approved! The Condo we fell in love with, was very difficult to get FHA approve. We had to extend Escrow 3 times! Luckily Katrina was our lender and she worked hard to get us the loan. Kattina really understands her work, I am sure that without her we would not have been able to buy the home of our dreams.
