katy& team always very professional, informed me of status in a very timely manner,documents sent to me by email to sign, i wasn't able to do that and called and was told "no problem come in when you can and documents will be ready for you to sign. they are willing to go the extra mile "with no hesitation" I know that it is their job and to their benefit as well as mine to complete the process, but that always doesn't mean courteous, professional assistance. but with katy & team it does.
