The whole process was easy and the help I got from landmark was amazing! My only complaint is the amount of spam mail I received after my purchase concerning mortgage protection. I probably have 10+ letters and at least 5 are "final notice".. Overall I would recommend Katy and landmark just be prepared for extra junk mail once you purchase.
