Her ability to explain in great detail and walk you through the process is logical, clear and honest. There was a rough patch were it was hard to convey and/or provide a clear answer to some confusion that was presented. I started to question if I wanted to continue to move forward. However, after receiving further documentation, clarity was obtained and was able to have questions cleared and move forward with the same pace and assurance. Her professionalism and presence is excellent.
