We've been coming to this practice for about 5 years. The service is always great. Doctors are very great in what they do and calming the kids and as well as the tech and nurses. We had a procedure done the other day and thanks to Dr Ko it all went so smoothly. I was nervous prior but she assured me and answered all my questions prior and after the procedures. About 2 months ago our daughters crown (that was installed by different office) was basically cracked! Sort of punched in!! ..either way we had to get it fixed ASAP. The staff and Dr Hollenberg immediately took care of us and double checked if there was any decay happening underneath. Scheduled for a repair (new crown) and helped my daughter out in a jiffy. It was a few weeks out for the fix; but nonetheless it was a smooth process! Thank you Katy kids dentist!🙏
My 12 year old daughter had to have 4 baby teeth extracted for her orthodontic treatment. Dr Hollenberg performed the extraction procedure. He did a great job! My daughter was nervous and had a lot of questions. He did an excellent job answering her questions and helping her to calm down. The procedure went smoothly and she said it wasn’t bad like she was expecting.
We love Katy Kids Dentist. My children do not fight going to the dentist because the staff and dentist are wonderful at working with the children. Katy Kids is wonderful in showing the children how the dental tools work, and guiding them to good oral health.
The reception, customer service, staff, and the doctor were all amazing. They were very professional, friendly, and made the kids enjoy their dental visit. Dr. Ko was exceptional—very thorough and patient, both with the kids and the parents. I highly recommend this place.
